<p>A drive device for line buses comprises a drive motor (5), a torque converter (6), a distributor gear (16), vehicle wheels (3, 4) of the main drive shaft (8) with brakes (231 and 232). Between the distributor gear (16) and each wheel (3, 4) there is provided a planet gear (17, 18) with brakes (171, 181) acting as motor flow cut-off. A regenerative drive comprises a flywheel (15), a continuously variable gear (14) and another motor flow cut-off (13). A full braking sensor causes the opening of the motor flow cut-off switches (17 and 18) when the braking pressure gradient exceeds a predetermined value. If the regenerative drive actuates during a full braking, its motor flow cut-off switch (13) is also opened.</p> |
