For the independent adjustment of a cylindrical component along its axis and about its axis, two worm drives are provided, their worms interacting with toothings of the cylindrical component: a first worm interacts with a spur toothing and its axis crosses that of the cylindrical component at an angle which differs from 90 DEG in accordance with its lead angle, and a second worm cooperates with a type of rack toothing and its axis crosses that of the cylindrical component at an angle which corresponds to its lead angle. The rack toothing is preferably in the form of an internal toothing.
