PURPOSE: A scent spraying apparatus and a manufacturing method of a micronozzle for the same are provided to effectively control a scent spraying operation and to control the opening state of a spraying hole by inducing the bending of a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A scent spraying apparatus(100) includes a first substrate(110), a second substrate(120), a third substrate(130), and a check valve membrane(140). The first substrate has an inlet. The second substrate has a spraying hole. The third substrate has a lower introducing chamber(131), a middle separator(132) with a through hole, an upper heating chamber(133), and a controlling part(134) for a spraying hole. The check valve membrane is made of a flexible material. The check valve membrane is downwardly bent to close the through hole. The third substrate is downwardly bent to lower the controlling part in order to open a space between the upper heating chamber and the spraying hole. |
