PURPOSE: An elevator control system apparatus is provided to allow a worker to accurately and quickly implement various works such as inspection, adjustment, and repair for an elevator with directly checking the condition of an elevator car at not only an existing machinery room but a working place. CONSTITUTION: An elevator control system apparatus includes a connecting connector (150) and a service tool (200). The connectors inside and outside an elevator car (110), and at a platform are connected through a control panel and a communication line in a machinery room. The service tool is connected to the connectors. The service tool is connected to at least one connector inside and outside the elevator car, and at the platform, and inspects and repairs the elevator cars and facilities related to an elevator according to the remote control of the control panel.
