The invention is aimed at providing a transposition of so-called "encoded radio control" devices already known for motor-vehicle "anti-theft" uses, in order to make it possible to put them to new use in buildings, on the one hand, eliminating all their functions which have become unnecessary: the flashing of headlamps, the locking of the steering column, brakes and gearbox and the neutralisation of the "ignition", thereby avoiding their consumption of electricity and, furthermore, virtually all the so-called "stand-by" consumption of the "radio" receiver, thus limited to the very brief moments of effective functioning of the lock actuated by its customary key, whilst at the same time also reducing the consumption of the so-called "further indicator" signalling lamps by a "pilot" flicker as a result of a relaxation oscillation of capacitors which is compensated by the phenomenon called "retinal fatigue".
