A control valve according to one embodiment includes a common body (104) that contain a proportional valve (34) and a proportional valve (37), a common motor unit(102) for electrically regulating the opening degrees of the respective proportional valves, a valve actuating member (134), a driven member (132) integrally including a first valve element (141) for opening and closing the proportional valve (34) and a second valve element (142) for opening and closing the proportional valve (37), the driven member (132) being driven such that the driven member (132) is operatively linked to a valve actuating member (134) and displaceable relative to the valve actuating member (134) in an integrated manner, a function switching mechanism, which operatively links the valve actuating member (134) and the driven member (132) to each other, while the opening degree of each proportional valve is under control, and which is capable of maintaining the other of the proportional valve (34) and the proportional valve (37) in a fully open state while the opening degree of one of the proportional valve (34) and the proportional valve (37) is under control; and a back pressure canceling structure by which the effect of fluid pressure acting on both the first valve element (141) and the second valve element (142) is simultaneously canceled. |
