PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a Fe/Cr substrate for a solar cell is provided for a chrome layer formed in both sides of an iron thin film to give a corrosion resistance to a substrate, and to prevent a decline of efficiency of a solar cell due to a diffusion of impurities by acting as a diffusion barrier about a substrate when used as a solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a Fe/Cr substrate for a solar cell comprises the following steps: an electrolyte including 0.1 g/ls to 4.0 g/l of at least a kind of a surfactant is supplied to one side or both sides of a conductive base plate (11); a current is applied to the conductive base plate acting as a cathode and an anode electrode equipped by separating in one side or both sides of the conductive base plate in order to attach an iron to the conductive base plate; an iron thin film is obtained by separating an iron deposition layer formed by attaching an iron; and a chrome layer is formed on both sides of the iron thin film. |
