PURPOSE: A sulfuric acid bath Fe-based electrolyte for a galvanized steel sheet is provided to utilize high current efficiency to form a uniform galvanized layer by performing Fe-based plating on the surface of a steel sheet before galvanizing. CONSTITUTION: A sulfuric acid bath Fe-based electrolyte for a galvanized steel sheet includes Fe, citric acid, gluconic acid, tartaric acid, ascorbic acid, and other inevitable impurities and solvent. The weight ratio of Fe to gluconic acid of a sulfuric acid Fe-based electrolyte(FeSO4) is 1: 0.001-0.05. |
