The present invention proposes a controlling apparatus for exchanging a flight vehicle launching tube, which automatically exchanges the target launching tube by changing the position of loading equipment depending on the drive range of the loading equipment. The present invention for the forementioned includes: a three-dimensional distance measuring unit which measures a three-dimensional distance to the target launching tube from the loading equipment for exchanging the launching tube in the flight vehicle launcher; an exchangeable determining unit which determines whether the launching equipment is able to exchange the target launching tube by comparing the three-dimensional distance with the drive range of the loading equipment; and a loading equipment control unit which automatically exchanges the target launching tube by using the loading equipment if the loading equipment is able to exchange the target launching tube. The present invention enables an efficient labor management when exchanging the launching tube of a guided missile and improves safety and speed. The present invention also guarantees a constant working time regardless of workmanship of an operator when operating the loading equipment.
