PURPOSE: A cultivation method of functional plants is provided to supply minerals to soil for strongly growing the plants. CONSTITUTION: Functional plants are cultivated by using a mineral nutrient solution containing minerals. The mineral nutrient solution contains minerals selected from a group consisting of Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Zn, Sr, Se, Sn, Cr, Co, Ti, and V. The mineral nutrient solution additionally contains 0.1-10,000 ppm of Na, K, Si, P, S, N, Cu, Mo, Ag, or I. The minerals are obtained by electrolyzing metal. The plants are selected from a group consisting of wheat, pumpkin, tomato, cherry tomato, Chinese cabbage, lettuce, and ginseng. |
