<p>The present invention provides a touch screen panel manufacturing method and a tempered glass substrate manufacturing method. The touch screen panel manufacturing method comprises the step of flattening the first surface of a material glass substrate by grinding the surface of the material glass substrate; the step of forming a groove by cell unit at the first surface of the material glass substrate; the step of reinforcing the material glass substrate; the step of forming a transparent electrode and a wire pattern at the second surface of the material glass substrate; and the step of cutting the material glass substrate by cell unit along the groove wherein the second surface is at the opposite side of the first surface.
