<p>PURPOSE: A spouting device is provided not to pass a foreign substance on a screen of a dog-house of a converter hopper installed at an upper end of a converter, and to transport a raw material smoothly by removing a foreign substance in case the foreign substance is piled up. CONSTITUTION: A spouting device comprises a device frame (110) and a foreign substance removal unit (200). The device frame moves along a guide rail, and emits a shipment in a shipment inlet port. The foreign substance removal unit is installed at a lower part of the device frame, and removes a foreign substance of the shipment inlet port. The foreign substance removal unit comprises a magnetism unit (210) removing the foreign substance, and a crushing unit (220) crushing a lumping shipment.</p> |
