PURPOSE: An anticancer composition containing Rahnella aquatilis-derived glycoproteins is provided to have an anticancer activity in colon cancer cells without cytotoxicity and to remarkably enhance the anticancer activity by being alternately used with a conventional anticancer agent. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer contains glycoproteins derived from Rahnella aquatilis (deposit number KACC 91164P) as active ingredients. A pharmaceutical composition for an anticancer aid contains the glycoproteins as active ingredients. A food composition for preventing or treating cancer contains the glycoproteins as active ingredients.
