发明名称 DRY DEHUMIDIFIER
摘要
PURPOSE:To reduce the heating load in a regeneration part, by using a heat-exchange element formed by alternately laminating first hygroscopic elements and second moisture-impervious and non-hygroscopic elements and allowing the regeneration air stream after passing through a regeneration part to flow through the second elements of a treatment part immediately before being transferred to the regeneration part. CONSTITUTION:First elements 5a each comprising a hygroscopic heat transfer spacer plate 6a and second elements 5b each comprising a non-hygroscopic, and moisture- impervious, and heat-conductive spacer plate 6b are alternately laminated and partition plates 7 each having a moisture absorbent applied to the surface thereof in the side of each first element are interposed between the first and second elements to constitute a heat-exchange element 1 which is, in turn, rotated. A treating air stream A is blown to the first elements 5a of the treatment part 4a of the heat-exchange element 1 to be dehumidified. The regeneration air stream B after passing through a regeneration part 4b is made to flow to the second elements 5b (preheating parts 4c) of the treatment part 4a immediately before being transferred to the regeneration part 4b to raise the temp. of the heat-exchange element 1 by sensible heat exchange and the load of the heater 10 in the regeneration part 4b is reduced.
