Provided is an organic light-emitting display device which comprises: a substrate; a first electrode formed on the substrate; an organic light-emitting layer formed on the first electrode; a second electrode formed on the organic light-emitting layer; and an encapsulation layer with a barrier consisting a capping membrane, a first inorganic membrane, a first organic membrane, and a second inorganic membrane sequentially stacked on the second electrode and a hydroxyquinoline-based compound in between the second electrode and the first organic membrane.
