PURPOSE: An uniform cooling device for a wire coil is provided to uniformly cool a wire coil by winding a wire on a ring-shaped wire coil using a rotation drum for gradually piling up to deliver to a transport unit. CONSTITUTION: A uniform cooling device for a wire coil comprises a winding unit(100), a cooling unit, and a control unit(400). The winding unit winds an injected wire using a coil and comprises a rotation drum for gradually piling up the wound wire coil and transporting using a transport unit. The uniform cooling device is interlocked with the winding unit and cools the piled wire coil. The control unit senses the leading end of the wire. The control unit calculates a time for the leading end of the wire to be introduced in the rotation drum and is connected to the opening and closing unit of a gate in order to control the opening and closing point of the gate. |
