The present invention relates to a system and a method for automatically modifying host based weak points in a cloud computing environment. The system for automatically modifying the host based weak points according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a main server in which a plurality of virtual machines is installed; a modification module including modification programs for modifying the weak points by modulating the programs; a management agent for modifying the weak points of the virtual machines by controlling the operation of the modification module; and a weak point manager for modifying the weak points of the virtual machine installed in the main server by controlling the management agent. The management agent modifies the virtual machine by making copies or taking snapshots of a virtual machine requiring modification, among the virtual machines installed in the main server, according to the command of the weak point manager. The management agent transmits modification results to the weak point manager by receiving the modification results after the modification module is copied in the copied virtual machine or the snapshots of the virtual machine are captured.
