The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for (E)-2-hexenyl (E)-2-hexenoate (E2HE2H) and (E)-2-hexenyl (Z)-3-hexenoate (E2HZ3H), which comprises one step reaction of stirring hexenoic acid and hexenol under the presence of a reaction solvent, dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and 4-(N',N'-dimethylamino)pyridine, E2HE2H and E2HZ3H manufactured thereby, and aggregation pheromone including the same. The present invention provides a practical method for manufacturing E2HE2H and E2HZ3H by reducing synthetic reactions into one step reaction, provides the economical manufacturing method which increases productivity by using low-priced DCC and DMAP in a synthetic reaction and is suitable for mass production. Additionally, the aggregation pheromone including E2HE2H and E2HZ3H practically mass-produced at low costs is able to be extensively used as a low-priced biochemical pesticide for preventing pest such as Riptotus clavatus.
