The present invention relates to a rise-preventing pillar for a seaweed and fish cage farm which includes: a pole with a hollow hole on the inside; a pair of wings located on the lower side of the pole while facing each other, with both ends connected to each other with a hinge; a long hole formed on the lower side of the pole; a life pin elevating along the long hole by being inserted into the long hole; and a connection member connecting the life pin and the wings. The life pin pulls the connection member and spreads the wings inside soil of the sea bottom when force applied to the pole is active on the sea surface by ocean currents, wind and waves, and levitation force of the pole, for preventing the pole from being separated from the soil. |
