<p>The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for skin whitening and, more specifically, to a cosmetic composition for skin whitening containing nanosized titanium dioxide and albutin, having a skin whitening effect, as active ingredients. The cosmetic composition manufactured by the present invention provides the skin whitening effect, especially in the open air, and improvement of chloasma and freckles at the same time when users apply it on their face since the albutin, one of the active ingredients contained in the cosmetic composition, inhibits excessive melanogenesis in skin cells and the titanium dioxide contributing the whitening effect when exposed to light is contained in the cosmetic composition as an active ingredient.</p> |
