PURPOSE: A non-oriented electrical steel sheet and a method for manufacturing thereof are provided to improve magnetism by forming a rough sulfide of (Mn, Cu, Ti)S, and by suppressing a formation of a minute Ti (C,N) inclusion of a cubic type. CONSTITUTION: A non-oriented electrical steel sheet comprises less than 0.005% of C, 1.0-3.5% of Si, 0.1-0.3% of Al, 0.01-0.07% of Mn, 0.02-0.2% of P, less than 0.005% of N, 0.001-0.005% of S, less than 0.005% of Ti, less than 0.05% of Cu, 0.01-0.2% of at least one of Sn and Sb, and a remainder comprises Fe and an impurity inevitably added. A mean size of a sulfide of (Mn, Cu, Ti) S which includes Ti is more than 0.1μm. A size of a grain within a micro-structure of an electric steel plate is 50-180μm. |
