PURPOSE: A non-oriented electrical steel sheet and a method for manufacturing thereof are provided to improve a portability of a magnetic wall and a grain growth by enhancing a distribution density of a rough inclusion, and by suppressing a generation of a minute inclusion. CONSTITUTION: A non-oriented electrical steel sheet comprises less than 0.005% of C, 1.0-3.5% of Si, 0.1-0.3% of Al, 0.01-0.07% of Mn, 0.02-0.2% of P, less than 0.005% of N, 0.001-0.005% of S, less than 0.005% of Ti, 0.01-0.2% of at least one of Sn and Sb, and a remainder comprises Fe and an impurity inevitably added. A rate of a number of MnS, CuS, and (Mn, Cu)S complex sulfide which is more than 0.1μm is more than 0.5 by comparing with a whole inclusion number having a size less than 0.01-1μm. |
