PURPOSE:To form reflection preventing film having improved adhesion by washing a plastic base plate previously, then subjecting the base plate to coupling treatment. CONSTITUTION:A plastic base plate is washed with ethanol, then subjected to coupling treatment, and a dielectric body is formed thereafter. The reaction mechanism is considered as that a coupling agent forms new bonding (siloxane bond) on the surface between the coupling agent and the dielectric body by the hydrolysis of the coupling agent. On one hand, crosslinking structure is formed by the reaction of an org. functional group with the cleaned surface of an org. base plate. By this constitution, reflection preventing film having improved adhesion to the surface of a plastic material is obtd. |
