The invention provides a tile adhesive with improved waterproof and water resistance which comprises: an acrylic resin; an antifreeze; an antifoaming agent; a dispersing agent; a preservative; a thickening protective agent; a filler; a thickening agent; and a pH modifier, wherein the acrylic resin exhibits waterproof and water resistance by containing SiOH. Additionally, the rile adhesive improved waterproof and water resistance comprises 10-40 wt% of the acrylic resin, 0.1-0.5 wt% of the antifreeze, less than 0.1 wt% of the antifoaming agent, 0.1-0.3 wt% of the dispersing agent, 0.1-0.3 wt% of the preservative, 0.1-0.5 wt% of the thickening protective agent, 30-85 wt% of the filler, 2-5 wt% of the thickening agent and 0.1-0.5 wt% of the pH modifier.
