PURPOSE: An iron / Zn-Ni substrate manufacture method for a solar cell is provided to prevent a decline of the efficiency of a solar cell caused by a diffusion of impurities which act as a diffusion barrier about a substrate in case of being used as the solar cell. CONSTITUTION: An iron / Zn-Ni substrate manufacture method for a solar cell comprises the following steps: an electrolyte including 0.1 g/ls to 4.0 g/l of at least a kind of a surfactant is supplied to one side or both sides of a conductive base plate (11) supplied with a horizontal to a fixed direction; a current is applied to the conductive base plate acting as a cathode and an anode electrode equipped by separating in one side or both sides of the conductive base plate in order to attach an iron to the conductive base plate; an iron thin film is obtained by separating an iron deposition layer formed by attaching an iron; and an alloy layer of nickel and zinc is formed on both sides of the iron thin film. |
