The present invention relates to a plaster bandage and a plaster bandage manufacturing method capable of preventing side effects such as hypersensitivity reaction in a human body since the plaster bandage contains red clay which is good for human body and capable of smoothly molding the plaster bandage on an affected part since the viscosity of red clay dough is high. The plaster bandage is manufactured by mixing polyurethane resin, red clay powder, and algic acid, coating the mixture on a glass fiber, and turning the coated glass fiber into the plaster bandage. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: grinding red clay (10S); filtering the ground red clay and extracting red clay powder (20S); mixing the extracted red clay powder, polyurethane resin, and algic acid (30S); and coating glass fiber with the mixed polyurethane resin, red clay powder, and algic acid and making a plaster bandage (40S). Since the plaster bandage is manufactured by mixing polyurethane resin, red clay powder, and algic acid and coating glass fiber with the mixture and turning it into the plaster bandage, the viscosity of the red clay dough is high when the plaster bandage is applied to a human body, so that the glass fiber is smoothly molded on a human body. Also, the plaster bandage does not cause side effects such as hypersensitivity reaction thanks to the contained red clay which is good for a human body.
