Disclosed is a spray cooling type electric furnace roof including: an electric furnace roof main body forming a sealed cooling space which has a cover shape and is empty; a coolant supplying unit which is connected with an external supply pipe and distributes coolant; a plurality of spray pipe assemblies having an end part in which a spray nozzle is assembled and spraying the coolant to the entire area of a conical high-temperature steel plate; a vacuum water discharging unit discharging the coolant which is sprayed, runs down, and is collected; a natural water discharging unit discharging coolant which runs down and is collected on the opposite side of inlet of the vacuum water discharging unit; a coolant charging unit located on the opposite side of the vacuum water discharging unit and separately supplied with the coolant by having a separated space; and a slag fixing protrusion attached to the entire area of the conical high temperature steel plate.
