PURPOSE: A wire rope guidance system for a galvanization port is provided to adjust an angle of a guide bar by being combined with a turn buckle so that a wire rope can be connected to a fixing frame which fixes a sink role, thereby maintaining the balance of a sink roll when the sink roll is inserted. CONSTITUTION: A wire rope guidance system for a galvanization port includes a wire rope(43), at least one guide bar(41), a fixing pad(42), and at least one turn buckle(44). The wire rope is fixed on a crane hook(46), and has the other end which is coupled with the upper side a fixing frame(10) which supports a sink roll(30). The wire rope which is extended from the crane hook passes through the guide bar. The fixing pad is hinge-connected respectively with at least one guide bar on the lower side of the crane hook where the guide bar is rotatable up and down. The turn buckle has one end which is fixed on the upper side of the fixing pad, and the other end which is fixed on the guide, so that the vertical length of the turn buckle can change. The turn buckle controls the directional angle of the guide bar so that the wire rope can reach the upper side of the fixing frame. |
