The present invention relates to an ion emitting apparatus of a beauty kit having a magnetic switching unit. The ion emitting apparatus is mounted on the beauty kit and a magnet is installed at a case member. The ion emitting apparatus is operated when the magnet is detected, and the operation of the ion emitting apparatus is stopped when the magnet is not detected, thereby easily using an ion output type of beauty kit. The ion emitting apparatus comprises an ion emitter casing, an ion emitter, and a mounting case. The ion emitter includes a power supplier, a noncontact type magnet detecting sensor, a controller, and an ion emitting device. The power supplier is inserted into the ion emitter casing and supplies power to the apparatus. The noncontact type magnet detecting sensor detects the presence or absence of the magnet inserted into the mounting case, and outputs an on-switch signal or an off-switch signal depending on the detection or nondetection of the magnet. The controller is electrically connected with the noncontact type magnet detecting sensor. As a result of detection by the sensor, the controller determines the ion emitter casing to be inserted into the mounting case when the on-switch signal is input, and the controller determines the ion emitter casing to be separated from the mounting case when the off-switch signal is input. The controller outputs a control signal according to the determination result. The ion emitting device receives power in response to the control signal of the controller to output ions. |
