PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such conventional problems that: there is a possibility that activity is interfered due to shortage of fuel and material and equipment loaded on an emergency vehicle since a dispatching vehicle is selected according to the dynamic state of emergency vehicles and a mobilization party is organized; and when an emergency vehicle cannot be dispatched due to consumption of the material and equipment, a command board in headquarters cannot issue a mobilization order even in the case where the material and equipment are not needed, and there is a possibility of necessity of requesting assistance from other headquarters.SOLUTION: An emergency command system aims to organize a dispatch party by selecting an emergency vehicle which has sufficient fuel and material and equipment required for each dispatching case. |
