PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of operating an environment control system for zone of a building which improves a model for the environment control system for zone of the building.SOLUTION: An environment control system determines a sensible heat heating and cooling speed by using a temperature difference on an inlet and an outlet, and performs control in consideration of a temperature Tand a humidity hof an evaporator, and moisture absorption, moisture desorption, ventilation effect, human activity and moisture condensation in the evaporator. As motive power for moisture absorption and desorption in the zone 110, and temperature Tand humidity hof an indoor base structure, humidity difference and temperature difference are determined and the temperature difference is obtained from a heat circuit model. A latent heat cooling speed is determined by using the humidity difference. The model integrates a temperature model and a humidity model for operating the zone in order to compositely estimate the temperature and humidity.
