PURPOSE:To facilitate the baking treatment of a sinterable material, by providing a hollow cylindrical jet stream chamber below the opening part of an area variable structure while providing a particulate discharge port through the connection part of the jet stream chamber and the air stream introducing port provided to the lower part thereof. CONSTITUTION:The particulate supplied in the apparatus as shown by an arrow A forms a fluidized bed or a jet stream bed by the rising air stream blown up through opening parts 8-8''. A hollow cylindrical jet stream chamber 9 is provided below the opening part of the lowermost stage and it is necessary to form a jet stream bed in the hollow cylindrical jet stream chamber 9 so as to bring the same to a stirring state in order to prevent the fusion of the particulate. Fluidized bed bottom plates 6-6'' are provided in several stages, and opening parts and opening part area controllers 7 are respectively provided in a number corresponding to the number of said bottom plates. Therefore, the stagnation amount (time) of the particulate can be also differentiated in multistage fluidized beds or jet stream beds. |
