PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin sheet that exerts excellent thermal conductivity, a production method of the same and a heat radiation component using the same.SOLUTION: A resin sheet is produced by a production method that includes the steps of: imparting a filler to at least one surface of a first composite sheet containing a first curable component and a first filler to form a filler layer; laminating a second composite sheet containing a second curable component and a second filler on the filler layer to obtain a laminate; and bringing the first composite sheet and the second composite sheet into contact with each other, and embedding the filler layer in at least one chosen from the first composite sheet and the second composite sheet to obtain a resin sheet. Moreover, a heat radiation component includes a metallic workpiece and the resin sheet disposed to contact with the metallic workpiece.
