PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding device capable of being mounted on a small apparatus or the like by downsizing and compactification, and to provide construction equipment equipped with the holding device.SOLUTION: The holding device includes a gear mechanism 30 having: an annular internal gear 71 arranged concentrically with a sun gear 73; and multiple intermediate gears 68 interposed in annular space between the internal gear 71 and the sun gear 73. The multiple intermediate gears 68 are rotatably supported by a bracket attached to construction equipment 10 or the like. There is provided a holding device swing cylinder for rotatably driving the internal gear 71. An upper fork 36 is attached to the internal gear 71 rotatably driven by the holding device swing cylinder, and a lower fork 32 for cooperating with the upper fork 36 in holding a transported object or the like is attached to the sun gear 73 to which torque of the internal gear 71 is transmitted via the respective intermediate gears 68. |
