PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a bus bar simple in a structure and high in cooling efficiency; and an electric circuit including the bus bar and capable of suppressing battery deterioration.SOLUTION: A bus bar 2 includes a first passage member having a recessed part 21 formed therein and a second passage member sealing the recessed part, and also includes a power transmission path member 20 in which a passage 10 through which a cooling liquid circulates is configured from the recessed part and the second passage member. In the passage, a flow straightening member 34 is provided along at least a part of the circulation direction of the cooling liquid in the passage. An electric circuit includes the bus bar.
