PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic wave device which is small, has a low height, and achieves good moisture resistance, and to provide a manufacturing method of the acoustic wave device.SOLUTION: An acoustic wave device of this invention includes: surface acoustic wave elements 12 provided on a substrate 10; first wiring 34 which is provided on the substrate 10 and is electrically connected with the surface acoustic wave elements 12; a frame 22 which is provided on the substrate 10 so as to enclose the surface acoustic wave elements 12, intersects with the first wiring 34, and is made of a metal electrically separated from the first wiring 34; and a lid 26 which is provided on the frame 22 so as to have a cavity 24 on the surface acoustic wave elements 12 and is made of a metal. |
