PURPOSE: A lighting control method using a mobile telecommunication terminal is provided to be able to provide the psychological stability and the emotional satisfaction as the light is able to be controlled with the color temperature and brightness corresponding to user's sensibility. CONSTITUTION: A light control application is input with a light control mode from a user (S31). The light control application automatically collects and analyzes the basic information according to the input light control mode (S32). A lighting control signal to have a specific color temperature and brightness according to the analysis result is transmitted to a home network server (S33).
