FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: wall protection of cap (2) of a heating wall between two openings (1, 1') of furnace chambers of a coke-oven battery, which is restricted on sides with vertical frame elements (5, 5') along the openings of furnace chambers, includes vertical anchor post (4) located before cap (2) of a heating wall, hold-down devices (6) fixed on anchor post (4), U-shaped yokes (7) loaded with hold-down devices (6) and rectangular lining (10) covering cap (2) of the heating wall. U-shaped yokes (7) loaded with pressure adjoin with force closure the bearing faces of vertical frame elements (5, 5'). Lining (10) is made of a plate pressed between frame elements (5, 5') and cap (2) of the heating wall. The plate forming lining (10) is made in the form of a cap, and cavity (11) filled with an insulating material is formed between the plate and cap (2) of the heating wall.EFFECT: invention allows performing gas-tight sealing of the cap of the heating wall and excluding massive wall protection.5 cl, 1 dwg |
