FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of tires. In compliance with proposed method tire is precut into five circular parts, i.e. carcass-breaker-tread band, two rubber-fabric side strips without beads and two beads including bead wire rings. Beads without metal reinforcements are to be processing in separate flow of rubber-fabric stock not containing metal cord. Carcass-breaker-tread band and side strips without beads are separately continuously rolled between the rolls. Outer surfaces of said rolls are composed of replaceable wear-proof smooth, grooved or toothed cylindrical sleeves to complete separation of metal from rubber-fabric stock.EFFECT: decreased overall dimensions of the equipment, power savings, higher quality of processing.6 cl, 4 dwg |
