PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncontact power transmission device and a power receiving apparatus in which impedance adjustment can be carried out suitably.SOLUTION: A noncontact power transmission device 10 includes a ground side apparatus 11 provided on the ground, and a vehicle side apparatus 21 provided in a vehicle. The ground side apparatus 11 is provided with a high frequency power supply 12, and a transmitter 13 having a primary coil 13a. The vehicle side apparatus 21 is provided with a power receiver 23 having a secondary coil 23a, and a battery 22 for vehicle connected with the power receiver 23 via a rectifier 24. The rectifier 24 includes a diode bridge, and a DC bias power supply for applying a DC bias voltage to a positive side diode constituting a diode bridge. |
