PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge device of a foldable housing in which a mechanism for reducing an impact when the housing stops at a full open position, and which is strong against an impact from the outside and has high durability.SOLUTION: When a stroboscopic device 2 starts pop-up at a high speed toward a light-emitting position, a shaft 33 rotates in conjunction with the stroboscopic device 2. A movable cam 34 and a friction plate 37 rotate in conjunction with the rotation of the shaft 33, and moves a fixation cam 35 to a left side plate 11 side of a camera body 1. The fixation cam 35 moves the friction plate 37 to a friction sheet 38 side through a compression spring 36. Since the friction plate 37 strongly presses the friction sheet 38 right before the stroboscopic device 2 pops up at the light-emitting position, the open speed of the stroboscopic device 2 can be delayed. |
