PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prediction device, a prediction method, and a computer program, which are related to a prediction method using T-method, reflect a trend of secular change in addition to a time-difference model, and further improve the prediction accuracy.SOLUTION: A prediction device performs: selecting a signal trend in a period prior to a prediction target period by a predetermined period and a nearest possible signal period having a change trend similar to item data from among signal values recorded in time series and data for each item; and performing a prediction for a signal value in the selected period and for the data of each item by using T-method. |
