PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which outputs a warning and an advice against values of items inputted to a clerk operation terminal by a station staff on the basis of past data, assists the station staff in input of the clerk operation terminal and calls their attention.SOLUTION: When an input by an input person is an error, the inputted item is stored correspondingly to an error code in an error occurrence factor database, and when the item is corrected, the corrected item is stored in an error correction method database for each error code. When the same combination is available by collating each inputted item with the item in the error occurrence factor database, the error correction method database specifies which item is corrected, and the specified corrected item is specified as one having a possibility of the error to be outputted on a screen. |
