PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow cooking to be continued without the occurrence of a breaker shutdown of a distribution board even when a network communication error occurs in a power control unit of a power control system and an induction heating cooker.SOLUTION: In an induction heating cooker 4 having a heating part 46 connected via a communication network part in a power control system which is composed of home electric appliances and a power control unit 3, when a network communication error from a transmitting/receiving part 41 is detected, a power determination part 43 performs power limitation by determining a using power which is lowered depending on an input at an operation part 45 or a stop of automatic cooking as a usable power without increasing the using power after the detection of the network communication error from the transmitting/receiving part 41 thereby to allow the induction heating cooker 4 to be continuously used by employing the last received usable power as a limited power and complete cooking even when the transmitting/receiving part 41 for transmitting/receiving data to and from the network part detects the communication error. |
