A medi watch system is provided. The medi watch system is characterized by comprising: a context awareness module for recognizing the current context of a user; a communication module for receiving a service by wirelessly communicating with a fixed node which provides profile-based and location-based services and transmitting the context of the user recognized by the context awareness module to the fixed node; a magnetic sensor which generates interruption and switches the communication module into an unsleeping mode if a magnetic field is detected, and allows the communication module to transmit and receive data; an input unit for receiving the user's command; an output unit for outputting current time and the context of the user; and a control unit for controlling the operation of the context awareness module, communication module, and magnetic sensor and the input and output of the input unit and output unit.
