PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid flowmeter capable of measuring a flow rate in a compact casing.SOLUTION: A liquid flowmeter comprises: a casing 1 having an inlet 2, an upstream chamber 3, and an outlet 4; a shuttering board 6 for separating the upstream chamber 3 from the outlet 4; a shuttering hole 7 made to be open on the shuttering board 6; a float 9 arranged in the upstream chamber 3; a liquid level detector composed of a permanent magnet and a magnetic sensor; and a flow rate calculator for calculating a liquid flow rate on the basis of a relation between a liquid level in the upstream chamber 3 and an amount passing through the shuttering hole 7. The casing 1 has an upstream chamber 3, and the upstream chamber 3 and the outlet 4 are separated by the shuttering board 6, and thus a flow rate can be measured in a compact casing. |
