PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an upper edge of a washbowl from easily getting prominent even using a high-colored melamine decorative laminate.SOLUTION: A washbowl (6) is joined with a top plate base material (4) on the basis of the following steps (a)-(e) of: (a) providing an opening part (2) in a core material (1) and sticking a surface material (3) on one surface; (b) upward lifting the vicinity of a center of the surface material (3) and applying an adhesive (5) to a peripheral edge of the opening part (2); (c) mounting the washbowl (6); (d) filling a gap (7) between the washbowl (6) and the core material (1) with a synthetic resin (8); and (e) removing the surface material (3) along the inside diameter of the washbowl (6) and finishing it.
