PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar panel mounting frame structure, a solar panel mounting structure and a solar panel mounting method in which a solar panel can be mounted to a wall surface of a sound-proof wall even when an obstacle exists on the same plane as the frame structure for the solar panel in a space adjacent to the frame structure.SOLUTION: A solar panel mounting frame structure 1 for mounting a solar panel 8 to a wall surface 70a of a sound-proof wall comprises either or both of a pair of upper and lower frame members of which the lateral direction becomes a length direction of the frame structure or a pair of left and right frame members of which the vertical direction becomes the length direction. In any one of the pairs of the frame members, groove-shaped parts are formed which are opened to face each other, respectively. An opening/closing plate 22 is included which is mounted in such a rotatable manner that, between a pair of groove-shaped parts 23, 33 formed in the pair of frame members, at least one groove-shaped part 23, 33 can be opened to a front side to which the solar panel 8 is mounted, partially. |
