PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitator in a machine for manufacturing and feeding an ice cream product, which allows for easy cleaning and maintenance work.SOLUTION: The agitator in a machine for manufacturing and feeding an ice cream product includes a plurality of helical scrapers (7) which revolve around a pivot (A) in a blending and freezing unit (2) in a cylindrical form, and extend around the periphery of the pivot (A) so as to be activated on the inner wall (10) to be scraped of the blending and freezing unit (2), and a shaft (3) which rotates the agitator (1) around the pivot (A) and allows the helical scrapers (7) to be assembled at a first end thereof. Each of the helical scrapers (7) includes a guide (16) and at least one scraper member (12) which is slidably connected to the guide (16) and can be detachable from there. |
