PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray imaging device and an X-ray imaging method capable of compositing a transmission image detected by a two-dimensional detector at a different position of a sample to the two-dimensional detector.SOLUTION: The X-ray imaging device includes an X-ray generation unit for irradiating a sample with X-ray almost in parallel therewith, a two-dimensional detector having a detection area for detecting a transmission image of the sample, a stage for mounting a support stand thereon to be able to perform in-plane movement of the support stand along a flat surface of the detection area of the two-dimensional detector, and an imaging control unit for generating composite transmission image data on the basis of a plurality of transmission images of the sample detected by the two-dimensional detector. The imaging control unit pastes together the transmission images at a plurality of different positions of the sample to generate the composite transmission image data. |
